Check Out & Ordering Issues

Q: I'm not able to checkout, my browser pulls up a blank screen when I click the "secure checkout" button.  What should I do?

A: This may be because of several issues, we have listed the most common first: If you are using Firefox, the checkout page can sometimes not be displayed because of "add on" interference.  First, be sure your shopping cart is saved.  Next, go to the "tools tab" of the browser and select  "add ons".  If there are no add ons listed then this isn't the problem.  If there are add ons listed, disable the add ons, close the browser and re-open the browser.

Other possibilities:

  • Make sure that you have turned off your browser's pop-up blocker.
  • Check if your Flash Player is updated.

Clear browser memory (Cache)

FireFox
1. Click on Tools » Options
2. Click on the Advanced Tab
3. Now you will see another tab called Network, Click on It
4. In the Cache box you will see a button 'Clear Now' — Click on it
5. Then Click the 'Ok' button to Close

Internet Explorer Version 7
1. Tools » Internet Options
2. Click on the Delete Button
3. You will see Temporary Internet Files — Click on the Delete Files
button
4. Click on Close button
5. Click on Ok to close.

Internet Explorer Version 6
1. Tools » Internet Options
2. Click on the Delete Files button
3. Click ok on the popup window
4. Click on Ok to close.
